Return and Refund Policy to our consumers.
A Return and Refund policy usually consists of:
- Terms of return - Except perishable items (i.e. food & beverages, immediate for consumption) packed beverages i.e. water bottle, aerated drinks can be returned within 24hours after purchase along with the bill provided and best before use date.
- State of return - Items should be in original sealed pack and not puffed
- Reason for return - It should be mentioned in the voucher given
- Process for return - The actual buyer or a person with authorization from the original buyer
- Process of refund - As stated above perishable food, beverages including third party food operators, consumable items are health risk for reuse. Non-perishable items can be refunded via voucher or online payment methods
